Job Title Administrative Assistant
This is a part time position. 20-25 hours per week

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Prepare and support payment process as needed, Payroll and Invoicing
  • Support of other staff/team/sales member
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading and writing)
  • Proficient in MS Office(Excel,Word,PowerPoint, Pivot Table )
  • Working in the office within varying team environments is a must.
    Location & Salary Torrance area / ($15.00-16.00) / hr
