- Arrive to the interview a few minutes before the scheduled time and get acquainted to the environment. Always make sure to greet the receptionist. The interview process starts from the moment you enter the office.
- Make sure to greet the interviewer with a handshake. Also, sit down only when gestured or instructed to do so. In the interview chair, sit deeply and be sure to present yourself with good posture.

- Always proof read and check for any errors in your contact information as your name, address, and phone number.
- When you are applying for a specific job position, make sure to include an Objective section. On the other hand, when you are not applying for a specific position, leave your Objective section broad so that it will be applicable to numerous job positions.
- If you do not possess prior work experience, always include an Education section. This section includes the name of the school, school location, and the major studied. Furthermore, including your GPA score can be a method to appeal your academic achievement.
- The Work Experience section follows the Education Section. This section includes previous employment’s company name, job position, and dates of employment. Previous employment is presented in the order of most recent first to the oldest last.
